Institution administrators can view their organization’s subscriptions in the admin panel. Click your avatar (your photo or initials) in the bottom-left corner of the sidebar, click your organization’s name, then open the Subscriptions tab.
Individual subscribers can see their plan under My Licenses in the same menu.
The subscription record is view-only. To change it, contact our customer support team at support@socialexplorer.com.
