Usage statistics are available monthly to subscribing institutions and library consortia.
Institution administrators can get COUNTER Release 5 and Release 5.1 reports, with data from October 2019 onward, in two ways:
- In the admin panel, on the Counter Reports tab. See How to Generate Usage Reports.
- Automatically through SUSHI, from your usage statistics service. See SUSHI Reporting.
