You can create a report directly from the Maps application.
Steps to Create a Report:
- In the upper-right corner, click the Menu button (☰).
- Click Create Report.
- In the right-hand sidebar, select the survey you want to create a report for from the survey dropdown.
- The most recently viewed survey on the map will be selected by default, but you can switch to any other survey from the list.
- Select a pre-made report from the Topics dropdown.
- Choose the Essentials or Comprehensive report for an overview.
- Select a topical report (e.g., Age or Race) for a more focused analysis.
- Note: You can modify your report selections later.
- In the upper-right corner of the map, choose the geography level you’re interested in.
- Use the Geography Selection Tool at the top of the map to select geographies of interest.
- New Feature: The Layers Tool allows you to select geographies from your uploaded datasets and create reports for those specific areas. Learn more about using the selection toolbox.
- Select geographies on the map:
- Use the Point Tool to click on a geography to add or remove it from your selection.
- You can include multiple geography levels in a single report.
- Tip: Clicking CLEAR ALL will remove all selected geographies.
- Click Create to generate your report.
Once your report is created, you can modify your data selections and geography choices as needed.
