Social Explorer now offers COUNTER Release 5 reports compliant with the COUNTER Code of Practice. Usage statistics are available from October 2019 onward.
COUNTER R5 reports are available through the usage statistics service in the Social Explorer Admin panel and Social Explorer’s SUSHI service. You need to have an administrator account to log in and view this information.
New administrators:
- Go to the signup page.
- Finish the required steps to create an account.
- Once your account has been created, contact contact us at support@socialexplorer.com and ask to be added as an administrator to your institution's account.
Existing administrators:
Once our support team has added you as an administrator, or if you are already one,
- Log in to your individual SE account.
- Click your avatar (your photo or initials) in the bottom-left corner of the sidebar. At the top of the menu, click your organization's name to open the admin panel. If you administer more than one organization, use Change organization to switch.
- Click on the Counter Reports tab to access available Counter-compliant usage reports.
