Administrators can view the authentication methods set up for their organization. These control who gets access to Social Explorer automatically.
- Log in to your account.
- Click your avatar (your photo or initials) in the bottom-left corner of the sidebar. At the top of the menu, click your organization's name to open the admin panel. If you administer more than one organization, use Change organization to switch.
- In the left-hand sidebar, click Authentication.
- Review the methods on file for your organization: IP ranges, Referrers, OpenAthens, and Email domains. Business organizations see email domains only.
